The Conference on Networked Systems (NetSys 2019) is a biennial event that provides an international forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to discuss recent innovations in the realm of networked systems.NetSys 2019 conference proceedings will be will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore.NetSys 2019 will be part of a joint event series, co-organized with ITG and a KUVS community symposium: 1) the annual 1-day ITG expert symposium “Future of Networking” (Zukunft der Netze, ZdN) organized on an invitation-only basis will be held immediately prior to NetSys, while the new 1-day KUVS community symposium will be an integral part of and conclude NetSys. NetSys will also feature a session on hot-topics-in-networking, separate workshops, tutorials, and a PhD forum.
