The 42nd International ACM SIGIR Conference on Research and Development in Information Retrieval will take place on July 21-25, 2019 in Paris. The conference is backed up by the French Association for Information Retrieval and Applications (ARIA) which organizes the yearly IR French CORIA conference.SIGIR is the premier international forum for the presentation of new research results and for the demonstration of new systems and techniques in information retrieval.
