Massage Method

  • Warm-up essential oil (peppermint, tree tea oil, or lemon oil)
  • With the help of fingers, lightly rub or massage your scalp for about 20 minutes.
  • Leave the hair for 30 minutes after the massage.
  • Rinse out the oil in the end

Inversion Methods

  • Warm up the oil of your choice. Remember in your mind that it should be slightly hot due to overheating; there is a risk of burning your scalp.
  • Set timer for 4 minutes. 
  • Now take a few drops of oil and massage the scalp for 4 minutes.
  • After massaging, start the inversion method, which is inverting your head. 
  • Hang your head upside down using one of the methods listed in the section above. Keep your neck relaxed and allow your hair to hang downwards until the massage time is over.
  • Wash hair after 2 to 3 hours.
  • Do these process two to three times a week or if there is a minor headache.

Apply Egg Mask

Take Omega-3 Fatty Acid

  • 1 spoon of onion juice

Use:

  • Mix everything as mentioned above.
  • Use this mixture on your hair.
  • Massage it by rotating it with light hands.
  • Keep it on for at least 30 minutes.
  • After this, take a bath with shampoo.
  • Use it at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Onion Juice with Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 1 spoon of garlic juice
  • 1 spoon of onion juice

Use:

  • Combine all those things mentioned above.
  • Use this mixture on the root of your hair.
  • Massage with light hands.
  • Now let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • After that, wash the hair with shampoo
  • Use it at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Onion Juice with Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 spoon of honey
  • 2 spoons of onion juice

Use:

  • Make a smooth mixture by mixing it all.
  • Apply it gently to your roots.
  • Wash your hair with shampoo for 30 minutes.
  • This mask can apply 2 to 3 times a week.

Onion Juice with Lemon Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 spoon of lemon juice
  • 1 spoon of onion juice

Use:

  • Make a smooth mixture and apply it to the roots of the hair.
  • Wash off after a while after massaging.
  • Use this mixture 2 to 3 times a week for best results. 

Aloe Vera Juice

According to a study by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, Aloe Vera is important not only for the hair of the hair but also for the scalp. On this basis, Aloe Vera is considered healthy for hair. Aloe Vera works to provide essential nutrients to the hair & also improves blood circulation on the scalp, which strengthens the hair and also reduces hair fall. 

It also reduces dandruff which is a cause of hair fall. Along with this, it also reduces itching infections on the scalp. Because it contains the goodness of Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, and Vitamin C & all of these nutrients keep the resolution healthy.

Aloe Vera with Castor Oil

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup fresh Aloe Vera gel
  • 2 spoons of Castor Oil
  • 2 spoons of Fenugreek Powder

Use:

  • Make a paste by putting all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Apply this mixture to your hair two hours before bath; keep in mind that apply this mixture well in the roots of your hair.
  • Then after two hours, wash the hair with cold water and shampoo and apply conditioner.

Castor oil is good for hair growth, and its combination with Aloe Vera is very effective, as confirmed by NCBI research, which mentioned that this paste acts as a hair conditioner in the problem of hair loss and hair loss. It not only grows hair but also makes it shiny, prevents breakage, etc.

Aloe Vera with Honey

Ingredients:

  • 5 spoons of Aloe Vera Gel
  • 3 spoons of Coconut Oil
  • 2 spoons of honey

Use:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a fine paste.
  • Start applying it from the roots of the hair and apply it to the ends of the hair & apply this mixture to the mouth of the most hair because this part of the hair gets spoiled the most.
  • After applying all over the hair, cover your head with a shower cap and leave it for half an hour.
  • Then wash your hair with cold water by applying shampoo and conditioner.
  • You can apply this mixture once a week. 

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is efficacious for making hair grow faster. According to a study published on the website of NCBI, the use of coconut oil can reduce the problem of protein loss from the hair. It goes deep into the hair, strengthens it from the inside & contains fatty acids, which are essential for healthy and soft hair. When it comes to hair care, use coconut oil without any doubt and see the difference in your hair.

Drink Lots of Water

Keeping yourself hydrated is also beneficial for hair health. Due to the lack of water in the body, the hair becomes dull and weak, which can break easily, but too much water makes hair cells healthy. So drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water daily.
