The European DAO Workshop (DAWO) will take place on July 4th/5th in Winterthur, Switzerland and aims to explore the challenges and opportunities of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs.
Important Dates: 15 Feb 2024: Abstract Proposals 20 Feb 2024: Author Notification 15 Apr 2024: Full Paper Submission 15 May 2024: Final Author Notification 31 May 2024 Camera-Ready Version 4/5 July 2024: European DAO Workshop Call for Abstracts DAWO24 is calling for Abstract submissions related to DAOs from a wide range of research methodologies and theoretical perspectives – without claiming to be exhaustive – such as: Trends: Artificial Intelligence Metaverse & Gaming New Work Speculative Design Sustainability Structure: Decentralized Decision-Making Economics & Tokenomics Governance Structures Incentives & Reputation Organizational Design Practice: Business Models Community Building Contribution Measurement & Verification Frameworks & Regulation Use Cases & Case Studies Other topics on DAOs in the spirit of the above will also be considered. Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished work that is not currently being reviewed by another conference, workshop, or journal.
