The workshop focuses on two primary themes: leveraging DLT to enhance cybersecurity services and addressing the security challenges inherent in DLT systems. _____ Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following two areas: *DLT for Cybersecurity: Innovative solutions and research on leveraging DLT to enhance cybersecurity. -DLT-based Authentication and Access Control -Smart Contracts for Security Applications -Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) -DLT-based Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) -Privacy-Enhancing Technologies for DLT *Cybersecurity of DLT: Analysis, identification, and mitigation of risks and vulnerabilities in DLT systems. -Attack Analysis and Defense Mechanisms for DLT -Vulnerability Assessment of DLT Systems -Anomaly Detection in DLT Networks -Data Privacy and Protection in DLT -Vulnerabilities in Smart Contracts -DLT Network-Level Threats -Risk Assessment of DLT Solutions ____ The DLT4SEC Workshop welcomes four types of contributions. Accepted Research Papers and Demo Papers will be published in a supplementary volume of the SRDS conference proceedings and will be available via the IEEE Digital Library (IEEE Xplore). Extended Abstracts will not be included in the official proceedings. At least one author of each accepted paper or abstract must register and present their work at the workshop. 1. Research Paper Purpose: To present original, unpublished research with substantial new results. Submissions must not be under review elsewhere. Length: Up to 6 pages, including references. 2. Demo Paper Purpose: To present an original prototype, system, or tool. The paper must describe the problem, the system's novelty and architecture, and what will be demonstrated. Submissions must be original work. Length: Up to 6 pages, including references. 3. Research Extended Abstract Purpose: To foster discussion on recent or ongoing work. This can include summarizing a recently published paper or presenting preliminary results from ongoing research. Length: Up to 2 pages, including references. 4. Demo Extended Abstract Purpose: To describe a demonstration of a prototype, system, or tool. This can be for a demo that was recently presented elsewhere or for a new system.
