Aim and Scope


The Revista Brasileira de Psiquiatria (RBP) is the official organ of the Associação Brasileira de Psiquiatria (ABP - Brazilian Association of Psychiatry).


Former Revista ABP, RBP is published quarterly on March, June, September and December. Its purpose is to publish original works from all areas of Psychiatry, focusing on public health, clinical epidemiology, basic sciences and mental health problems that are relevant in our area of studies. Besides the regular issues, RBP also publishes two yearly supplements, focusing mainly on clinical updating.
