All accepted papers of WCMEIM 2019 will be published in the IEEE CS CPS (Conference Publishing Services), which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus, DOAJ, CPCI for indexing.
1) Manuscripts must be written in English;
2) Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate;
3) The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template;
4) The paper should be no less than 4 pages and no longer than 12 pages;
