About |
UBISS 2020 invites researchers, students, and industry and public sector professionals to gain theoretical insight and personal hands on experience on selected topics under the tutelage of distinguished experts. UBISS 2020 continues the legacy of the previous ten successful multidisciplinary UBI Summer Schools hosted by us in Oulu in 2010-2019. UBISS 2020 is co-located with WAFR 2020 (14th International Workshop on the Algorithmic Foundations of Robotics) hosted by us on June 15-17, 2020. Therefore, UBISS 2020 includes two robotics related workshops, C: ROBOT MAKERS and D: COMPLEXITY REDUCTION IN ROBOTICS, to entice participation of junior academics in both events. Between the events, on Sunday June 14, we will host a full-day trip to the Arctic Circle. |
