SPECOM-2023 – FIRST CALL FOR PAPERS ******************************************************************** 25th International Conference on Speech and Computer (SPECOM-2023) 29th November - 2nd December 2023, Dharwad, India Web: https://www.iitdh.ac.in/specom-2023 ABOUT SPECOM The International Conference on Speech and Computer (SPECOM) is an interdisciplinary scientific event with a long tradition, the first SPECOM was held in St. Petersburg in 1996 organized by SPC RAS (SPIIRAS). The 25th (Silver Jubilee) edition of SPECOM will be held from 29th November- 1st December 2023 at Hubli-Dharwad, India. This flagship conference offers a comprehensive technical program presenting all the latest developments in research and technology for speech processing and its applications. Featuring world-class oral and poster sessions, plenaries and perspective exhibitions, demonstrations, tutorials, and satellite workshops, it is expected to attract leading researchers and global industry figures, providing a great networking opportunity. ORGANIZERS SPECOM-2023 is organized by IIT Dharwad, IIIT Dharwad, NIT Goa, KLE Tech, and KIIT Gurugram. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers (single-blind), and accepted papers will be presented either orally or as posters. Papers submitted to SPECOM must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the SPECOM review cycle, and must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. The authors are asked to submit their papers using the on-line submission system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=specom2023 PROCEEDINGS SPECOM Proceedings will be published by Springer as a book in the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI/LNCS) series listed in all major international citation databases.
