The first international Conference on Smart Information & Communication Technologies (SmartICT’19) will be held at Be Live Collection Saïdia Hotel in the wonderful Moroccan “Blue pearl” city of Saïdia, from 26-28 September 2019. This conference will include a rich and comprehensive technical program including several sessions, symposiums andworkshops in parallel.
All presented papers (respecting LNEE authors instructions) will be included in the conference proceedings published by Spinger's Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE).
The objective of SmartICT'19 is to provide an exceptional forum for researchers, PhD students, industrials and policy makers to exchange ideas, techniques and tools, raise awareness, and share experience related to all practicaland theoretical aspects of Smart Technologies in: Industry, education, health and society.
