Call for Papers

In today's world, we face a range of significant challenges, from climate change and related crises, to health and economic crises, demographic changes, and the development of ICT and artificial intelligence. These challenges have transformed the environment and the ways in which we function as human beings and have had a profound impact on the quality of life, well-being, and social sense of security. They also affect the level of state and international security and have led to the emergence of crises and conflicts that often lead to wars. Given these challenges, it is essential to redefine concepts and make rational decisions, particularly in the state management system, in order to address the controversies and conflicts that arise. Moreover, the relationship between technology and society, the environment, and security gives rise to new challenges and key questions about the impact of various processes, including socially absorbed technologies, on social security, military, economic and cultural systems, international relations, education, work, the way free time is being spent, and communication processes. Against this backdrop, we are interested in receiving papers that explore a range of questions related to the relationship between technology and society, including but not limited to what changes are being caused by various processes, including health crises, war, and escalating conflicts between states? What changes are taking place in social security, military, economic and cultural systems, international relations, education, work, the way free time is being spent, and communication processes? How can we analyse the awareness of threats to social security and state security, and what actions can we take to address them, not only today, but also in the near and distant future?

We welcome papers that are based on empirical research, theoretical analysis, and interdisciplinary perspectives. We also encourage submissions that address the ethical and moral dimensions of the relationship between technology and society, as well as those that propose new and innovative solutions to the challenges we face.

We look forward to receiving your submissions and to publishing a collection of high-quality papers that will contribute to the ongoing dialogue on these important issues.
