We are pleased to invite you to submit your work to the MoDIoT 2025: International Workshop on Model-Based Development for the Internet of Things, which will be held from October 5–7, 2025, in Michigan, USA, co-located with ACM/IEEE MODELS 2025.

Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) offers systematic approaches for tackling heterogeneity, scalability, and security through abstraction, automation, and domain-specific modeling.
