LCG 2022 : 1st International Scientific Conference Linguoculturology in glottodidactics and linguistic research

The conference will be devoted to linguoculturology and its glottodidactic implications, with particular emphasis on the role and place of a foreign language in intercultural communication. The components of broadly understood linguoculturology are two types of competences: linguocultural and intercultural. The justification of research of a linguocultural nature will require the concretization of the subject of research in the relationship between culturology and linguistics in the context of their interrelationships and conditions. Individual sections will present ambiguously interpreted concepts such as: intercultural transformation and lingua mentalis (cognitive and cultural concepts), taking into account national and cultural factors determining intercultural communication.
We hope for the multifaceted benefits of the project. The scientific value is the exchange of experiences and scientific achievements of linguists from different parts of the world, allowing to determine the current state and direction of research in the field of linguistics and communication sciences. Due to its broad thematic formula, the conference will become a forum for presenting the results of scientific work in the discipline of linguistics.
