The JFPC (Francophone Days of Programming by Constraints) are the main congress of the French-speaking community working on the problems of satisfaction of constraints (CSP), the problem of the satisfiability of a propositional logical formula (SAT) and / or logical programming with constraints (CLP). The constraint programming community also maintains links with operational research (RO), interval analysis and different areas of artificial intelligence. The efficiency of the resolution methods and the extension of the models allow constraint programming to tackle many and varied applications such as logistics, task scheduling, scheduling design, design robotics, the study of the genome in bioinformatics, the optimization of agricultural practices, etc. The JFPC is a friendly place for meetings, discussions and exchanges for the French-speaking community, in particular between doctoral students, experienced researchers and industrialists. The importance of the JFPC is reflected in the considerable share (around a third) of the Francophone community in world research in this area. Sponsored by the AFPC (French Association for Programming by Constraints) , the JFPC 2020 take place from June 2 to 5, 2020 at the University of Côte d'Azur and are organized by Philippe Vismara (president of the scientific committee ) and by Arnaud Malapert and Marie Pelleau (presidents of the organizing committee ). |

SubmissionAbstracts and articles must be submitted on EasyChair . A submission can be:
The Author Instructions archive contains the LaTeX jfpc class as well as an example document detailing all the recommendations. 1 . Short articles can, for example, present preliminary work by young researchers, an overview of work in progress within a research project or laboratory, an application solved with constraint programming, or even software for constraint programming. 2 . To prevent the best work of the French-speaking community from being presented only at international congresses, it is also possible to submit condensed articles submitted or published. These can be articles recently published in major international conferences (such as IJCAI, ECAI, AAAI, CP, CPAIOR, SAT, UAI, etc.) or journals. The article must have been published after the last JFPC (June 2018), but before the next (June 2019). The digest on 2 pages will be in French and will explicitly mention the original article. This type of submission with a more succinct proofreading process will allow their authors to present some of their latest work to our community. |
