Welcome to ISAI2019! The 4th Annual International Conference on Information System and Artificial Intelligence [ISAI2019] will be held on May 17th-18th in Changsha, Hunan, China. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from both the industry and the academia to share their newest research findings and results. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in information system and artificial intelligence and related areas. The dedicated conference teams are currently working hard on making this conference not only intellectually stimulating but also an unforgettable pleasant experience.
