IntRob'25: Intelligent Robotics FAIR 2025
Shaping the Future of Robotics and Intelligent Systems Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Informatics and Bosch Budapest Innovation Campus Budapest, Hungary, June 23-24, 2025 The organizing committee of the inaugural Intelligent Robotics FAIR 2025 invites researchers, academics, and industry experts to submit their original research contributions for the conference. This landmark event offers a unique opportunity to showcase cutting-edge advancements in robotics and explore its interdisciplinary connections to related fields, including industrial robotics, field robotics, ethorobotics, and intelligent systems. Submission Guidelines Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished work in the form of full papers, short papers, or posters. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be presented during the conference. High-quality papers will also be considered for publication in the proceedings of the conference. Submission Deadline: April 30, 2025 Notification of Acceptance: June 1, 2025 Camera-Ready Submission: June 10, 2025 Proceedings of IntRob'25 will be published in the ACM Digital Library within its International Conference Proceedings Series. Important note to authors about the new ACM open access publishing model ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library.
