2022 IEEE 5th International Symposium on Robotics and Manufacturing Automation (IEEE ROMA 2022) will be held in Malacca, Malaysia in the month of August 2022. IEEE ROMA 2022 is the flagship event of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, Malaysia Chapter. This year IEEE ROMA 2022 is technically sponsored by Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada. The focus of this episode is role of robotics and automation in pandemic and post-pandemic era. Malacca is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Malaysia. Every evening the famous Jonker Street night market is buzzing with tourists from all over the world. In 2008 UNESCO listed Malacca as World Heritage Site. Besides the many beautiful historical sites, Malacca is also well known for its great food. Experts claim the best local dishes in Malaysia originate from Malacca.
All accepted papers in IEEE ROMA 2022, will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for publication in the IEEE-Xplore database (All previous IEEE ROMA proceedings are published in IEEE-Xplore and indexed in SCOPUS). The papers accepted in workshops and Special Sessions will be submitted for potential publication in indexed journals. IEEE-ROMA 2022 will feature interactive Technical Sessions, PhD & Industry Forums, Robotic Competitions and Exhibitions. The program includes keynote addresses by eminent scientists as well as presentations by delegates from industries. IEEE ROMA 2022 welcomes the submission of original and unpublished works related to robotics and manufacturing automation. PAPER SUBMISSION: Please submit full papers through easy chair using IEEE format. All submitted papers should be in the form of .pdf or .doc file and are to be limited strictly to a maximum length of 6 pages including figures, tables, and references. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to register and present their papers.
