The aim as well as objective of ICOCT 2022 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Optics and Communication Technology Research topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. The paper should be original, written in English, and not a pure review article. The full text should be submitted for review. Please go to the conference website to download the template typesetting, and the paper should not be less than 4 pages after typesetting. Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
