ICOBIRD 2019 : the 8th International Conference on Business, International Relations, and Diplomacy

We intend to invite academics, researchers, students, practitioners, government staff and the general public to attend and present the results of their research in the 8th International Conference on Business, International Relations, and Diplomacy (The 8th ICOBIRD), which will be held on:

BINUS University, Anggrek Campus

The main theme for the 8th ICOBIRD this year is “Rethinking the State, Market, and Society in the era of disruption”, with the sub-themes as follows:

2. Maritime technology and industrial revolution
3. The role of Creative Industry in economic development
4. Sustainable development in the age of disruption
5. Migration and mobility in the age of disruption
6. Free trade in the age of new protectionism
7. International Relations of the Asia Pacific in the age of Trump
8. Digital Economy and Financial Inclusion
9. Market and entrepreneurship in digital disruption
10. Security in the age of digital disruption
11. Politics and government in digital society

Keynote Speakers:
1. Jenn-Jaw Soong, Professor, National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan)
2. Jaffar Al-Rikabi, Economist, the World Bank (United Kingdom)
3. Yanuar Nugroho, PhD, Deputi II, Presidential Staff Office (Indonesia)

All papers should be presented in English. Selected papers will be sought to be published in reputable international journals
