ICMBP 2024 : 6th International Conference on Management and Business Practices

Greetings from Aliah University, Kolkata, India!

The Department of Management and Business Administration at Aliah University is pleased to host the 6th International Conference on Business and Management Practices (ICMBP 2024) on February 21–22, 2024. The theme for this conference is "Nurturing Inclusive Growth in a Globalized World: India at the Centre Stage," reflecting the growing significance of addressing inclusive growth challenges in this decade.

We invite paper submissions across all domains of management studies. Recognising the diverse aspects of inclusive growth, we have introduced a special subtheme, "Exploring Transdisciplinary Approaches to Foster Inclusive Growth," dedicated to papers from the humanities, social sciences, and engineering.

Authors may opt to only present their work, and acceptance for presentation will depend on the submitted abstract. Nevertheless, we highly recommend submitting a full paper, as it will be eligible for consideration for the Best Paper Award. Full paper submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process and offer the following publication opportunities at no charge:
1. Conference Special Issue of the Journal of Comprehensive Business Administration Research.
2. Edited book volume for ICMBP 2024.

Subsidised accommodation will be arranged for participants. While we would appreciate your physical presence, we understand that attending the conference may be inconvenient, especially for outstation and international presenters due to airfare and rising COVID cases. Therefore, an virtual conference session will be dedicated to outstation presenters who are unable to visit Kolkata.
