*History*
The ICICA 2012-2019 were held in Hong Kong, Rome, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne respectively. It aims to provide a platform for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry.

(1)Accepted papers of ICICA 2020 will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will submitted for index by Ei Compendex,Scopus, etc.
