Two invited speakers are Associate Professor Edmond Yat-Man LO from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Associate Professor Su Yean Teh from Universiti Sains Malaysia. 3. ICCEN 2021 was held as virtual conference successfully during November 19-21, 2021.
