Welcome to the 2019 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Computing Science (ICAICS2019), which will be held on March 24-25, 2019 in HangZhou, China. AICS2019 will serve people as one of the most important international activities in Artificial Intelligence and Computing Science. Submission
1. Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
Submissions should be in doc format (prepared using MS Word) or pdf format. (Please provide both if possible); In order to make sure that the figures, tables, equations and other data are correctly inserted, please proofread your articles before submission. Submissions with more details are more likely to be approved of by the reviewers and accepted.
3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)
If you just wanna make an oral presentation during AICS2019 without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract.

Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages. Extra pages(exceed 5 pages) will incur additional charges.
5. Submission Method

6. Review Process
AICS2019 has adopted a precise and strict reviewing process. Contributions will be reviewed by several invited reviewers at the same time, and the reviewers are asked to evaluate and give suggestions on revising based on its originality, research, relevance to conference, contributions and presentation etc.
Notice
Submissions should include only original and unpublished contents, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable.
Publication
All accepted papers for ICAICS2019 will be published by DEStech Transactions on Computer Science and Engineering (ISSN: 2475-8841), which will be submitted for indexing by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters Web of Science CPCI-S (formerly called ISTP) and CNKI Scholar. ICAICS2019 will also be online available in full text via the press platform. Excellent papers will be selected and published on SCI and EI journals.
