EITCE 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of electronic information technology and computer engineering to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in electronic information technology and computer engineering and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in electronic information technology and computer engineering and related areas. Experiments, statistics, and other analyses are performed to a high technical standard and are described in sufficient detail. 6.Conclusions are presented in an appropriate fashion and are supported by the data. 7.The article is presented in an intelligible fashion and is written in Standard English. 8. Appropriate references to related prior published works must be included.
