An Announcement and a Call for Papers



This Conference (EETICTCONF22) is intended to disseminate knowledge among the researchers in the country. The Conference is planned to promote the knowledge exchange through invited plenary talks, workshops, industrial expert talks among Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computing, and control technologies. At the start, the Conference is interested in bringing National level experts only. Some of the expertise is limited due to constraints in the Geolocations and availability of the resources. The Conference may connect the researchers in Government, private academic institutions, and industrial experts in public and private industries.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

The conference aims to provide a national forum to develop research in the country, spread research results and share experiences geared to developing research in Ethiopia's academic, public, and private sectors. Therefore, all are invited to submit a complete research paper that is not submitted or published elsewhere. The following paper categories are welcome

Full papers
Please note that the document should not exceed eight pages and use IEEE format (Word or LaTeX). The University will cover travel, boarding and accommodation costs and offers remuneration for all paper presenters of the selected papers.

Electronic File Requirements

See the specific conference submission format for a list of acceptable word processing programs to use to compose your paper (Word or LaTeX)
DO NOT use any security (including passwords) on your file.
Fonts
All fonts must be embedded and subsetted. This includes the base fonts. (See your software’s “Help” section if you do not know how to embed fonts.)
Use fonts that allow embedding and subsetting in PDF files. Some TrueType fonts do not allow embedding and subsetting. If such a font has been used, substitute a similar font that allows embedding and subsetting. If using graphics applications, do not embed the fonts.
Graphics
The graphics must have the correct resolution. That is, 600 dpi for monochrome, 600 dpi for grayscale, and 600 dpi for color. It is best to insert the graphic rather than paste it in. Links to graphics should be avoided whenever possible. Avoid using the clipboard.
These requirements must be met for accepting documents for review.

Posters
The minor research component or easily understandable technological development can be presented as a poster presentation to save time. The displayed poster must be in the form of conference poster format.
Better UG/PG project or prototype may be submitted for presentation.
The papers are displayed in the form of a poster displayed on the screen in the open room, the authors can explain their work to the visitors, and the visitors can interact about the topic.
Flex printed display or Digital display will be provided.
