3rd International Workshop on Deployment and Use of Accelerators (DUAC)
https://duac2023.wordpress.com Co-located with the 52nd International Conference on Parallel Processing (ICPP), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, Aug 7-10, 2023 https://icpp23.sci.utah.edu/ SCOPE For over more than a decade the use of hardware accelerators to improve application performance is experiencing a tremendous increase. This workshop aims to bring together researchers from both academia and industry to share their latest findings in the field to foster synergies and multi-disciplinary collaborations. TOPICS OF INTEREST We welcome papers presenting research on the deployment and use of accelerators in systems and applications, including but not limited to: 1. Infrastructure – hardware, middleware and software 2. Architecture – high-performance computing clusters, cloud computing, edge computing, distributed and decentralized systems, and container technologies 3. System – programming models, performance portability frameworks, algorithms, virtualization technologies, and runtime systems 4. Management – scheduling, energy efficiency, resource scaling, deployment, monitoring, benchmarking, and metering 5. Application – novel applications in any discipline with special emphasis in those ones using deep learning techniques IMPORTANT DATES Submission deadline – May 12, 2023 Notification date – June 16, 2023 Camera ready due – TBD Workshop date – August 7, 2023 ACCEPTED PAPERS All accepted papers will be published together with the ICPP 2023 conference proceedings in a companion volume.
