DTS 2020, 2nd International Workshop on Defense Technology and Security, will be held at the University of Cagliari, Cagliari, Italy, July 1-4, 2020. (It is organized as a workshop of the 20th International Conference on Computational Science and Its Applications (ICCSA 2020)) This workshop aims to be the premier forum for the presentation of the state of the art research work in defense technology and security areas related to the theory, policy, law, technical development, applications and experiences. |

Original research contributions are solicited covering a variety of topics including but not limited to: - weapon system technology - cyber defense technology - system engineering for weapon system - system assurance for weapon system - anti-tamper technology for weapon system - test and evaluation techniques for weapon system - defense technology security - defense industrial security - law, policy and strategy related with defense technology and security Important Dates:Papers submission: March 15, 2020 Notification of acceptance: April 15, 2020 Camera ready papers and pre-registration: May 8, 2020 Workshop : July 1-4, 2020 Submission:The submitted paper must be between 8 to 10 pages long for LNCS publication, and should be formatted according to the LNCS rules. Please consult the URL http://www.iccsa.org/instructions-for-authors for formatting information and templates. To submit a paper, please refer to instructions available on the ICCSA 2020 web site. Only papers submitted through the electronic submission. Each paper must deal with original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright problems fall entirely under responsibility of the authors). Each paper will be reviewed by at least three experts in the relevant field ensuring the publication of only top quality contributions. All accepted papers will be included in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series and indexed by Scopus, EI Engineering Index, Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (included in ISI Web of Science), and several other indexing services. The papers will contain linked references, XML versions and citable DOI numbers. When a paper is accepted, at least one of the authors has to register to the conference and deliver the related talk. |
