The second International Conference on Digital Economy (ICDE 2019) will be hosted by IIM Raipur in association with the India Chapter of Association for Information Systems (INAIS) from 6-8 December, 2019. The theme of this year’s conference is initiating and leading digital transformation. The key focus of the conference will be how to enable digital transformation in a large country like India. We are familiar with the word digital transformation. What we are not very familiar with is its implementation and the issues faced therein. The conference will deliberate on the issues related with enabling digital transformation, such as the need for a proper enterprise-wide architecture, the need for addressing the issue of privacy and security and so on. The Conference will feature three workshops, two panel discussions and paper presentations in several tracks divided into three categories, namely, enabling technologies, applications of digital economy and impact of digitization. The details are as follows:

PAPER SUBMISSION
Extended abstracts of your work must be submitted by 1st October, 2019 using ICDE 2019’s submission system. Each submission must be original and not submitted to another journal or conference. The guidelines for preparing the extended abstract as well as the submission template is available at the Conference’s website. The accepted papers will be indexed at INAIS repository. However, the author(s) will retain the copyright of their work and can submit anywhere else after this conference. Selected papers from the conference will be invited for publication in reputed journals after due review process (the list will be updated soon on website). The list of participating journals will also be available on the website.

REGISTRATION
In order for a paper to be considered for presentation in the conference, at least one author must register for the conference. To participate in the conference, however, each author willing to participate must register, either onsite or online. The details of the registration fees are as follows:

The registration fee covers conference kits, participation in the program, social event and meals for three days during the conference (except AIS Paper Development Workshop). A GST of 18% need to be added to the fee during submission.
