The objective of Disruptive Human Resource Management: People, Technology, and Strategy (DHRM-2024) is to provide a platform for academicians/ researchers and policymakers to come up with recent developments in the emerging, disruptive technologies areas of HR functions and people analytics for organizational effectiveness.
The International Conference on Disruptive Human Resource Management: People, Technology, and Strategy (DHRM) is organized by Interscience Research Network (IRNet) in Bhubaneswar. Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers or abstracts (for oral presentations without publication) via the Hcconf management system. Accepted papers and abstracts will be scheduled in lecture and poster sessions. All submissions will be sent to at least two reviewers for review.

++Publication++
After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be published in the IOS Book Series "Advances in Transdisciplinary Engineering", which is indexed in Scopus & EI Compendex.
