CSec ICS book 2019 : Cyber Security of Industrial Control Systems in the Future Internet Environment

The main objective of this book is to focus upon the recent advances in securing industrial control systems that utilize future Internet technologies. It should provide an in-depth insight into migration of advanced industrial control systems to future Internet environments, with focus to security as a fundamental risk factor in the context of critical infrastructure. Contributions are expected in all fields relevant to this multidisciplinary area, from the system’s level (network security architectures, risk management, security policy implementation), through specific security solutions (intrusion detection and prevention systems, live forensics) to development of dedicated test environments. Special attention should be focused to standardization activities, regarding common standards and directions for protecting ICS/SCADA, as well as specific directions concerning particular industrial sectors.

We invite you to submit on or before May 23, 2019, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of the proposed chapter. All proposals should be submitted through the eEditorial Discovery®TM online submission manager. Authors will be notified by June 22, 2019 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines.
Full chapters are expected to be submitted by August 5, 2019, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.
