Society of Engineering and Applied Sciences conferences will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The goal of this Conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to focus on understanding Modern engineering and applied sciences concepts and establishing new collaborations in these areas.
Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the areas of engineering & applied sciences.
The Conference will also have a space for companies and/or institutions to present their innovations and research results.
Acceptance
Within one week of receiving your proposal/abstract or full paper, we will email to you a notification of acceptance or rejection. If your paper is accepted, additional conference and registration-specific information will be included. All accepted papers/abstracts are double-blind peer-reviewed and will be published in our online conference proceedings.
Best paper Awards
The Organizing Committee will select the best paper considering the recommendations of the Scientific Review Committee based on the relevance to the theme, academic contribution, accuracy of the methodology, clarity of contents.
Best Presentation Awards
The best presenter will be selected considering the scientific quality, contents, time management, presentation style and level of interaction with the audience. The best presenter will get a certificate.
Best Presentation Awards – Students
These awards will be awarded the best presenters selected from the PhD or Master level students’ presenters. The selection criteria will be scientific quality, contents, time management and presentation style.
Authors are advised to choose the following publication options for publishing of your paper.
Publication in Conference Proceedings
Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be uploaded on website after the conference.
Publication in Journal
Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the conference associated journals, which will be indexed by Google Scholar, Scopus, and EBSCOhost.
Only Presentation without Publication
For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference simply for presentation without publication, which will be sent to at least two technical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days.
Publication Ethics
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
