Publication

We cordially invite you to submit a paper. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Papers should be submitted electronically as PDF files. Only thefull papers received before the deadline will be considered for review. Thelength of a paper is limited to 5 pages and extra pages will be charged.

The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Press (EI indexed). Selected high-quality papers from the 6th IEEE CCIS2019 will be invited to a number of prestigious Special Issues after a solid extension, such as: Neurocomputing (SCI, IF=3.317), and Advances in Manufacturing (SCI,IF=0.857).

Paper Submission

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of five (5) printed pages (10-pointfont) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum one additional page with over length page charge if accepted). Only PDF files are acceptable for the review process and all submissions must be done through http://ccis2019.csp.escience.cn/dct/page/1.

Best Paper Award

IEEE CCIS 2019 Best Paper Award/Best Student Paper Award (written solely or primarily by student) is given to the paper(s) with the best quality, based on the following key aspects:

1.Quality of presentation during the conference
2.Technical quality of the paper
3.Overall rating given by the chair of the session

Winners of award will be announced during the conference.
