Journal of Housing Economics calls for papers

Journal of Housing Economics, a fully peer-reviewed open access journal published by Sci-Hall Press (www.sci-hall.com), calls for papers. The journal accepts various types of submissions of original research articles, review articles, case studies, communications, discussions, letters, etc.The submitted content should be original, and must not be submitted or published in other journals, books, or conference proceedings.

The journal of Housing Economics publishes a wide range of research related to housing and land, including but not limited to land provision, housing industry, demand for housing, supply of housing, adjustment mechanism, adjustment with depreciation, real estate appraisal, real estate financing and investment, real estate tax rules, housing and land policies, housing and urban economics, and the financial economics of real estate development and investment.

Generally, the processing is 4-8 weeks from receiving submission to online preprint. A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) will be assigned to an article published in Sci-hall. Articles published on Sci-Hall journals will be submitted to Google Scholars (H Citation), CrossRef, DOAJ, CORE, PAPERITY indexes.
