Introduction
The behavioural based intervention in designing public policies has become an important field of study in recent years. This line of study is scrutinised by either academia or research boutiques which commissioned research for the public sector or individual businesses. An impressive number of empirical studies were devoted to analyzing how to design better policies starting from the field of behavioural economics, social psychology, sociology, anthropology, economy, political science, design (human-centred design and design thinking) or effective state and non-state bureaucracies through the world. Therefore, it is important to map out the research projects developed so far, because there is a strong need for an edited collection of original research in this area.

Objective
This book will aim to provide a glimpse of the theoretical frameworks in use and some of the latest practical reported research findings in the area.
