Paper Submission:

Authors are invited to submit full papers, short papers in English.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 reviewers.
All submissions should be original, professional and have not been published elsewhere.
Plagiarism in any form is not allowed, the authors should be responsible for the papers seriously.

Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages. Extra pages(exceed 5 pages) will incur additional charges.
3. Submit your papers

The email subject should be named "Submission-Name-Tel".
About Publication:
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings of AEMCE2019. The proceedings will be published on the journal of DEStech Transactions on Engineering and Technology Research (ISSN: 2475-885X), ISBN and DOI, which will be submitted for indexing in EI Compendex, Thomson Reuters Web of Science CPCI-S (ISTP indexing) and CNKI Scholar for worldwide online citation.
Excellent papers will be selected and published on SCI and EI journals.
