2023 8th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering(ACPEE 2023) April 14 - 16, 2023 | Tianjin, China https://www.acpee.net/ 2023 8th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE 2023) will be hosted in Tianjin, China from April 14 to 16, 2023, which is Co-organized by Tianjin University and Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), technically sponsored by IEEE PES Chongqing Chapter, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Auckland University of Technology, supported by Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, Power System Protection and Control. The ACPEE has been held for 7 years since 2015 after 7 successful conferences in Online, Chongqing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Kitakyushu, Shanghai and Bangkok, attracting a large number of researchers, scholars and students from all over the world. ACPEE 2023 conference will provide a wonderful forum for you to update your knowledge base and explore the innovations in Power and Electrical Engineering, which will also strive to offer you plenty of networking opportunities to meet and interact with the leading scientists, engineers and researchers, friends and colleagues as well as sponsors and exhibitors.We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit your research papers to ACPEE 2023, and share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other top-scientists, engineers and scholars from all over the world. ●Publication & Indexing 1) Accepted and presented papers will be included into The Conference Proceeding of ACPEE 2023, which will be submitted to Ei Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing. 2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international SCI, EI indexed journals ●Speakers Prof. Zhengtao Ding, The University of Manchester, UK Zhengtao Ding is the author of the book: Nonlinear and Adaptive Control Systems (IET, 2013), and a co-author of two other books, and has published over 300 research articles. His research interests include nonlinear and adaptive control theory and their applications, more recently on distributed optimization and distributed machine learning, with applications to power systems and robotics. Prof. Ding has served as the Subject Chef Editor of Nonlinear Control for Frontiers, and Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Control Systems Letters, and several other journals. He is a member of IEEE Technical Committee on Nonlinear Systems and Control, IEEE Technical Committee on Intelligent Control, and IFAC Technical Committee on Adaptive and Learning Systems. Prof. Zhaoyang Dong, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore IEEE Fellow, Prof Dong is a Professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His previous roles include SHARP professor and Director of UNSW Digital Grid Futures Institute at the University of New South Wales, and Director of Australian Research Council Research Hub for Integrated Energy Storage Solutions. He also worked as Ausgrid Chair Professor and Director of the Ausgrid Centre for Intelligent Electricity Networks providing R&D support for the AUD500m Smart Grid, Smart City national demonstration project of Australia. His research interests include power system planning and stability, smart grid and smart cities, renewable energy systems, electricity market, and computational methods for power engineering applications. Prof. Chong Kok-Keong, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia Prof. Dr. Chong Kok-Keong is full professor in Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and a chartered engineer registered under the engineering council, United Kingdom. For research experience, he has been working in the field of solar energy engineering for more than 20 years with the research interest including concentrating solar power, concentrator photovoltaic system, daylighting, solar cells and solar thermal energy. Prof. Hongjie Jia, Tianjin University, China Dr. Jia Hongjie, Professor at School of Electrical Engineering andAutomation, Tianjin University.
