Welcome to join in the 2019 3rd Asia Conference on Machine Learning and Computing (ACMLC 2019)，which will be held in University of Hong Kong, December 7-9, 2019.

For papers submitted to ACMLC 2019, Submissions will be reviewed by both the conference technical committees and IJMLC editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing as a special issue, which will be indexed by Scopus(since 2017), EI (INSPEC, IET), Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
