Drought 2019 : Drought and Water Scarcity: addressing current and future challenges

The internationally focused conference "Drought and Water Scarcity: addressing current and future challenges", will be held at Pembroke College, Oxford University, on 20 and 21 March 2019.

We are actively encouraging abstracts for spoken and poster presentations for the following themes:
*Climatology and hydrology of droughts: past, present and future
*Drought impacts for example on the environment, agriculture, energy production and other areas
*Drought planning and drought management
*Drought and communities
*Drought risk perception and communication
