We aim to building an idea-trading platform for the purpose of encouraging researcher participating in this event. The papers to be presented at MEHS 2019 address many grand challenges in modern engineering. MEHS 2019 is co-sponsored by Hong Kong International Education and Science Research Society, HIESRS and Hongkong ShenYi International Cultural Communication Co., Limited. The reviewing process of MEHS 2019 conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews by at least TWO reviewers, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years.
MEHS 2019 only accept unpublished abstract, and all accepted Abstracts will be published on Journal Basic & Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology (ISSN: 1742-7835, e-ISSN: 1742-7843), the journal of the Nordic Association for the Publication of BCPT (former the Nordic Pharmacological Society), Impact Factor: 2.659, which will be include in Web of Science and mainly indexed by Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), and free access to the abstracts on Wiley Online Library.
