ICoC 2019 : International Conference on Cybersecurity 2019

Welcome to The International Conference on Cybersecurity 2019 (ICoC2019) will be organised by Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) on 25 ~ 26 September 2019 and the venue will be at the Mövenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA 64000 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia : https://goo.gl/qwv3Z3.

Malaysia is the third among 193 countries in terms of its commitment to cybersecurity, according to the Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI) 2017. Cybersecurity is set as one of the National Priority Areas which is comprised under the National Policy IR4.0 (Cyber Security, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence).
Inline with the strong indication by the government and its relevant cybersecurity agencies, a recent series of RoundTable Discussion have been held recently among a group of researchers who are committed to position Malaysia as an emerging powerhouse in Cybersecurity. The CyberSecurity Academia Malaysia (CSAM) is going to be formed to strategise and strengthen the cooperation among academia.
The International Conference on Cybersecurity 2019 (ICoC2019) is a conference to be recognised as a platform for Public and Private Higher Education Institutions under the CSAM initiative.
ICoC2019 is a dedicated platform for the advancement in cybersecurity covering very broad area of interest i.e. information security, network security, application security etc.
The aim of ICoC2019 is to encourage participation and promotion of collaborative scientific, industrial and academic inter-workings among individual researchers, practitioners, members of existing associations, academia, regulatory bodies, and including government departments and agencies. Also, ICoC2019 is to strengthen the cooperation among cybersecurity researchers from public and private higher education in Malaysia and abroad alike.
Hence, ICoC2019 invites researchers and industry practitioners to submit papers that encompass principles, analysis, design, methods and applications. All submitted papers are independently peer-reviewed.
The ICoC2019 conference proceedings will be submitted for consideration for publishing by IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Selected Quality Papers will be invited to be published to one of the following journals:
