In the face of growing global challenges such as climate change, urbanization, natural disasters, and aging infrastructure, the concept of a Resilient City has gained significant attention. How to create a more innovative urban structure and enhance urban resilience has become a key issue in the field of urban construction. In order to promote academic exchanges and practical exploration in this field, we have prepared the International Conference on Innovative Structure and Resilient City, and we sincerely invite you to participate in it! •Publication Papers submitted to ISRC 2025 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference. Accepted papers presented at the conference will be published in Conference Proceedings. After the publication of the proceedings, the publisher will submit them to major databases such as EI, Scopus, and Google Scholar.
